Our Recruitment Process
Step 1. The first step is to gain a clear and in-depth understanding of the job, the personality type and skill configuration needed for the position we are assigned. We do this by interviewing top executives in-depth, getting to know your company culture, and reviewing any job descriptions and company information available. We also gather key recruitment information including relocation, travel, compensation package and company selling points that will be very important to candidates.
Step 2. Based on the information we collect, we develop a Job Profile. This includes 5 to 10 requirements that a candidate must meet before being considered for a position. At times there are exceptions, such as if a candidate excels at something or brings a unique capability to the company. The profile also contains personality characteristics that are critical to the person thriving both in the position and the company.
Step 3. Once the client fills in any necessary gaps in the Job Profile, we begin searching and screening candidates according to the qualifications outlined.
Step 4. As we identify potential candidates, we forward their resume and a Confidential Candidate Summary to you. The Candidate Summary gives you our assessment of this individual's strengths and weaknesses as they relate to the specific job and how well we think this person might fit.
Step 5. Once you review candidate information and want to interview this person, we coordinate phone and in-person meetings and/or work with your assistant on this.
Step 6. Throughout the interview process we are actively involved in keeping the candidate(s) interested, answering the questions of all the parties, checking three or more references and writing these-up for you; and keeping the process moving. Often candidates will accept other less desirable jobs when the interview process drags on too long, or if there is poor communication. Our job is to make sure this doesn't happen and that your top choice candidate stays highly interested while you review others.
Step 7. When you are ready to make an offer, we are there to assist in any way needed. We can research competitive compensation packages, negotiate specific points, do a trial run of the offer to bring any concerns to the surface, or fully present and negotiate the offer for you.
Step 8. We guarantee your satisfaction. If a candidate leaves for any reason within 90 days, we replace the candidate at no cost.
The outcome of our excellent work is demonstrated by the number of additional assignments and referrals we receive from customers and clients throughout the years.
