Jeri Davis, MBA
Jeri Davis, MBA, founder and President of Jeri Davis International of Silver Spring, Maryland, has more than twenty years of healthcare business development experience. She and her associates have consulted with, and recruited, hundreds of senior leaders, managers, and marketing/business development professionals. Known for her creativity, trouble-shooting and interpersonal skills, Jeri has completed numerous turnarounds and has helped hundreds of companies during critical growth phases.
Areas of Expertise: Executive recruitment; strategic and marketing plan development; new product development; succession planning; customer service and sales training; marketing research; competitor/industry trend analyses; and marketing implementation support.

Mary Ellen Cleary, M.S.W.
 Mary Ellen Cleary, M.S.W., is our lead consultant for health plan and employer marketing research and executive search. Mary Ellen cultivates and maintains outstanding client and candidate relationships and works with national companies across the country. She thrives on diverse responsibilities that combine her exceptional management, sales, and interpersonal skills. Mary Ellen has also enjoyed the opportunity to work on a variety of international projects in Spain, Germany, and Argentina.
Ms. Cleary is a clinician by training, and a seasoned managed care professional. She holds a Masters in Social Welfare from the State University of New York at Stony Brook.
Charles Ray
Charles Ray works in collaboration with Jeri Davis International on succession planning and CEO recruitment assignments. Before starting his own firm, Mr. Ray served for 15 years as president and CEO of the National Council for Community Behavioral Healthcare. He is nationally-known and respected for his knowledge of the Medicaid and public behavioral health care systems. Recently, he was appointed as the Government and Stakeholder Executive for the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF).
Michael L. Katzenstein
Mike works with Jeri Davis International on financial and operations analyses and strategic planning projects for health and behavioral health organizations. Using well developed staffing and operational benchmarks and standards, he has assisted numerous behavioral health clients in identifying and implementing significant cost reductions. He obtained his Master of Arts in Healthcare Administration from the George Washington University in Washington, DC.
